At CAMILLA AND MARC, we offer a seamless return process to ensure your experience is as refined as our collections. Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

    Package Your Items

    Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and security seals remain intact.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Deliver your package to the designated courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
