We offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the garments are in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are eligible for store credit only, unless marked as Final Sale.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and generally arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
How do I determine my size?

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at selected CAMILLA AND MARC boutiques. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for collection, typically within 24 hours.
